The Barbados Water Authority has connected the main water supply to Sapphire Beach over the past weekend. The plumbers are completing their work and every apartment will have pressurised water in a couple of days.

The Gym and Sales Office are now complete and currently being snagged. Block A has been completed and there are small crews working through the block perfecting the interiors.

We are pleased to advise that we now have the professional photos of the two NEW show units at Sapphire Beach. These two units, a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom plus study, were furnished by Walkers World. At this time, the construction is proceeding well and on schedule.

External works on the site commenced approximately 3 weeks ago ( circa 4-May-09). The beach wall has now been completed and the swimming pools are underway. Some photos of the work done and the beach elevation of Block A are included.

Please be advised that the revised completion date for Sapphire Beach project has been pushed back to October 16th,
2009. The extension of time has been a result of the inclement weather during the months of December 2008 to
February 2009, as well as variations to some of the specifications which are intended to improve the product and
increase the value to the client.

The construction is progressing well and the external paint work on Block A has commenced. In addition the elevator between Block A and Block B is currently being installed and should be operational around April 9, 2009.

The builders have experienced some delays in the construction due to the unusual rains we have been experiencing over December 2008 and into January 2009. The builders are still optimistic that completion will be as stated in the Agreement for Sale, as August 31, 2009.
